I'm back in the studio in Shepherds Bush again, recording a new album with my brother Mike and son Morgan. It has a more ethnic feel than previous recordings; with several songs co-written by Paddy Moloney of the Chieftains; who all play on one of the tracks.

Phil Collins has recorded 'Can't Stop Loving Loving You' for his next studio album, and it looks like it could be the first single. Originally published on Wednesday 17th April 2002 Hi everyone, The big space between newsletters means nothing exciting to report. However, I'm always writing songs and am currently working towards making two new albums. One of them will definitely be more acoustic than those I've already produced. I'm still working extensively with Morgan, and sometimes with my daughter Amy.

Originally published on Thursday 6th September 2001. Sorry for the long wait between updates, Summer in Britain has been unusually good!! Some of you have been asking how I got started as a songwriter. Well, it began back in the sixties with the Immediate Music Company set up by Andrew Oldham. As their resident songwriter; 'Would You Believe', my first album, was initially released in 1968 as a 'promo' run. Although highly acclaimed, this album was never officially released, due to the unexpected closure of the company.
