Originally released in 1990 for Phil Manzanera's Expression  Records, "Under One Banner", titled after one of Billy's most under-rated tunes, and still a song for these times.

Musicians include: Simon Phillips, Johann James, Phil Manzanera, John Clarke, Andy Skelton, Chucho Merchan, John (Rabbit) Brundrick and the Kick Horns. Two tracks co-written with Phil and four tracks with Billy's brother Michael.
